What time can I check in/check out?
Check-in starts at 2 p.m.

What time is breakfast served?
On weekdays, breakfast is available from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

You can extend your stay for a few extra hours and enjoy a late check-out (until 6 p.m.) for an additional €50.00.
I’m travelling by car. Is parking available?
We’ve arranged for discounted parking at a car park just 250 metres away (Park Cattaneo). When you check in, we’ll give you a ticket that lets you come and go as you please. It costs €9.00 per day.
If you’re lucky, you might find free parking on the streets around the hotel in the white-striped areas. There’s also a public car park in Piazza Giovanni Paolo II, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Can I bring my dog with me on holiday?
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs at our hotel.
I’m gluten intolerant. Will I go hungry?
Our kitchen is well equipped to handle various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and lactose-free diets. We don’t have Italian Coeliac Association (AIC) certification for gluten-free cooking, but we do have a separate area where we prepare gluten-free dishes for people with coeliac disease.
I want to go to the beach. Which one should I choose?
Our hotel is just 200 metres from the sea. If you want info on nearby beach clubs, just give us a call! You can also book your beach spot when you make your reservation.
What meal options are available
Our hotel offers plenty of flexibility. You can opt for just breakfast, half board (€30.00 per day), or full board (€55.00 per day), depending on your preferences. Board can only be added for stays of two nights or more. Alternatively, you can eat at the restaurant and choose from the à la carte menu.
Do you have rooms that are accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, we have a room that can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people and is fully accessible with no architectural barriers, making it ideal for guests with disabilities. You can also easily reach the restaurant and the Loomi rooftop bar via the lift.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
You can either use a credit card to secure the reservation and pay on site, or make a bank transfer amounting to 50% of the total stay.
How can I settle the bill?
You can pay with cash, a debit card, any credit card, a cheque upon arrival, or through Satispay.
How much is the tourist tax?
The town of Chiavari charges a tourist tax of €1.50 per person/night for those aged 13 and over, from 1 March to 31 October. This tax is applied only for the first seven days of your stay.
Something came up. How can I cancel my stay?
In the event of cancellations or changes made up to 3/7/14 days (depending on the season) prior to arrival, no fee will be charged.
In the event of cancellations or changes made after this deadline, 50% of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show, we will charge the total amount of the stay.
